I lost my gift card, can I still get my bonus?
No, unfortunately without your card number, we cannot provide you with a bonus code. You can find the rules for your promotion on your receipt or in the offer terms and conditions on this website.
I lost my receipt, can I still get my bonus?
You may only need your card number which is on the back of your card. If asked for the card number, you do not need your receipt to claim your bonus.
Where can I find my card number?
Your card number is on the back of the gift card that was purchased. Also, we've provided an image example for you on the screen next to where you submit your card number. It begins with PBH and can be found on the lower left hand side of the back of the card.
I missed the submission deadline, and now the offer has expired. Can I still get my bonus?

I purchased more than one of the same gift card. Can I submit more than one bonus offer?

I don't have an email address. Can I still receive my bonus?
No. The bonus for this promotion must be sent via email because it is an electronic gift card. For some promotions a physical card will be mailed, you will also be asked to enter your mailing address.
